After 2 intense halves of action, and heated words exchanged by both parties throughout the match, the score is now tied 9 – 9, and Team XFX is in sudden death against the CGS best CS:Source team. Everyone in the audience can tell that this match is personal. Outside the tight group of XFX supporters, no one in the world gave Team XFX a chance at pushing LA Complexity into overtime, and nevertheless, possibly pulling off one of the biggest Counter Strike upsets in history.

As the final round begins, a member from Team XFX is killed within the first 4 seconds. Cheers and taunts are heard from LA Complexity at the expense of Team XFX. However, as the round ensues, Team XFX slowly rebounds back going kill for kill with their opponents. The match culminates in a 2 VS 3 situation with Team XFX attempting to retake the B bomb site on de_dust2. Using superior teamwork, the remaining 2 members from XFX kill the final members from LA Complexity, diffuse the bomb, and put their stamp on being recognized as one of the Premiere CS:Source Teams from around the world.

As can be imagined, the feeling within the Sony studio was that of utter excitement after the match. For every single person on Team XFX, beyond all the partying, once in a lifetime experiences, and friends met on tour, the rematch against Complexity was what mattered most, and they showed it. In a sense, the win was not just a testament to the success of the tour, or even to how good of a team they had become. Rather, it showed the strength of Team XFX as a family, to stand beside one another against all odds, and to overcome what everyone perceived as impossible.

After the mandatory post match interviews and initial celebration within the film studio, the team headed over to Pink Taco to continue the party. This was the last night the team was to going to be together before leaving, so for them, it was bittersweet knowing the topic for the whole night was how they accomplished what they set out to do, and beat Complexity. After a good dinner, tons of laughs, and about as many drinks, the team headed back to their hotel in Fontana. On the way home, everyone continued to party up, and also recorded their farewell testimonials on the live cam. Although the Team was sad that this would be the last night partying on the bus with one another, everyone agreed that the journey they embarked on 6 weeks prior could not have ended better any other way.
